Welcome to BELLMONT WATCHES.
BELLMONT WATCHES is an online retail brand operated by SICLOPAY LTD. Throughout these Terms of Service, the words “BELLMONT WATCHES”, “BELLMONT”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SICLOPAY LTD, trading as BELLMONT WATCHES.
We operate the BELLMONT WATCHES online store and website, including the information, content, features, products and customer services made available through it. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products to you.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Warranty Policy and any other policies referenced on our website, govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of products from BELLMONT WATCHES.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing the website, creating an account or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of legal majority in your country or place of residence. If you are under that age, you may use the website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, billing details, payment information and delivery address. You agree that all information provided by you is accurate, current and complete.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.
Please contact us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately, including their colours, materials, details, dimensions, strap type, case finish and appearance.
However, colours and textures may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings and lighting conditions.
Leather, woven materials, textured dials, brushed metal, polished metal and other materials may also show slight variations in colour, grain, texture or finish. These variations are not necessarily defects.
Product specifications, including case diameter, strap dimensions, movement type, water resistance, materials and other technical details, may vary by model and are described on the applicable product page.
Customers should review the individual product description before purchase.
Water resistance varies by model. A watch described as water-resistant is not necessarily suitable for swimming, diving, showering or prolonged water exposure unless specifically stated.
Product descriptions, prices and availability may be updated without prior notice.
We may discontinue products or limit the quantities available to a customer, region or jurisdiction.
All products are subject to availability.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from BELLMONT WATCHES.
We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.
This may include:
- Suspected fraud
- Payment problems
- Pricing errors
- Stock discrepancies
- Delivery restrictions
- Incomplete customer information
- Orders that appear to have been placed for unauthorised resale
- Technical or system errors
Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the products, depending on the communications sent during checkout and fulfilment.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be fulfilled.
Please review your order, selected watch, colour, strap, quantity and delivery information carefully before submitting it.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately.
We cannot guarantee that a change can be made after the order has entered processing or fulfilment.
Products purchased from BELLMONT WATCHES are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorised commercial resale.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without prior notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed and accepted at checkout when the order is submitted.
Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties or import fees will be displayed or handled in accordance with the information provided during checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Where customs duties or import taxes are not included in the amount paid at checkout, they may be charged by the destination country.
The customer is responsible for such charges unless otherwise stated or required by law.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted with your order.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
BELLMONT WATCHES does not directly store complete card details.
SECTION 5 — PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Promotions, discount codes and quantity-based offers are subject to the conditions displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another customer or applied retrospectively to a completed order.
Selected watches may already be discounted by up to 80% as part of our Final Closing Sale.
Where an additional quantity discount applies, the eligible discount will be calculated automatically at checkout after the required number of qualifying products has been added to the cart.
Our current quantity-based offer may include:
Buy 2 qualifying watches — 20% extra off
Buy 3 qualifying watches — 25% extra off
Buy 4 or more qualifying watches — 30% extra off
Where available, the applicable discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
Promotional offers may be subject to stock availability, eligibility requirements or specific product exclusions.
We may correct, suspend or withdraw a promotion in cases of technical error, misuse, fraud or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This does not affect orders that have already been validly accepted, except where permitted by law.
SECTION 6 — FINAL CLOSING SALE
Products offered during the BELLMONT WATCHES Final Closing Sale are available in limited quantities.
Selected products may be reduced by up to 80% from their previous selling price.
No restocks or second releases are planned for products sold as part of our Final Collection.
Once a watch, colour, strap option or configuration sells out, it may no longer be available.
Final Closing Sale purchases remain subject to the return rights described in our Refund & Return Policy and to any mandatory rights provided by applicable consumer law.
Because remaining inventory is limited, we cannot guarantee that the same model, colour, strap or replacement product will be available for an exchange.
The closing of the BELLMONT WATCHES store does not remove the support obligations applicable to orders already placed.
Orders made during our Final Closing Sale remain supported by our published shipping, returns, refund, warranty and customer care policies.
SECTION 7 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframes displayed on our website or stated in our Shipping Policy.
BELLMONT WATCHES currently offers free worldwide shipping where indicated on our website and at checkout.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
International orders may be transported through multiple logistics partners before reaching the destination country.
Carrier delays, customs procedures, customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, local postal delays, incorrect delivery information, remote delivery locations and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
A delay does not automatically mean that an order is lost or eligible for immediate refund while tracking continues to show the parcel in transit, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information supplied by the customer.
Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed parcel or a refused delivery may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and cooperating with the carrier where delivery action is required.
Nothing in this section limits consumer rights relating to delayed delivery or the seller’s responsibility for goods until delivery under applicable law.
SECTION 8 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
BELLMONT WATCHES accepts eligible return and exchange requests made within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Refund & Return Policy.
Returned products must satisfy the return conditions stated in that policy.
Where applicable, returned watches must include all original packaging, boxes, cards, manuals, accessories, bracelet links, pins and other components originally supplied with the order.
Subject to applicable consumer law, products showing wear, scratching, damage, excessive strap creasing, staining, missing components, unauthorised modification or other evidence of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item may not qualify for a full refund.
Because BELLMONT WATCHES is currently presenting its Final Collection, exchanges remain subject to remaining product, model, colour and strap availability.
Nothing in these Terms or our Refund & Return Policy removes any mandatory right of withdrawal or legal remedy available to the customer.
SECTION 9 — WARRANTY
Selected BELLMONT WATCHES products include a 2-year movement warranty from the date of delivery, where stated on the product page.
The warranty is intended to cover qualifying manufacturing defects affecting the watch movement during normal intended use.
The warranty does not normally cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches
- Cosmetic damage
- Accidental damage
- Impact damage
- Damage to the case, bezel, crystal, crown, clasp or bracelet caused after delivery
- Leather strap wear
- Fabric or woven strap wear
- Rubber strap wear
- Battery replacement where applicable
- Water damage resulting from use beyond the stated water-resistance specification
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect
- Damage caused by unauthorised repair, opening or modification
- Loss or theft
A warranty claim may require photographs, video or other reasonable evidence so that the reported issue can be assessed.
Where a qualifying defect is confirmed, the appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement or another remedy required by applicable law.
Nothing in this warranty section limits mandatory statutory guarantees or consumer rights.
SECTION 10 — ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and current.
Occasionally, product descriptions, specifications, prices, promotions, availability, delivery information or other content may contain an error or omission.
We may correct errors and update information when necessary.
If an error materially affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include confirming the corrected order or receiving a refund.
SECTION 11 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its content, including the BELLMONT WATCHES name, branding, logos, product photography, text, graphics, videos, designs and page layouts, are owned by or licensed to SICLOPAY LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access the website for personal and non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, license or commercially exploit our website or content without prior written permission.
The BELLMONT WATCHES name, logos, designs and slogans may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement, association or ownership without our written consent.

We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices.

SECTION 13 — SHOPIFY
Our online store is hosted by Shopify.
Shopify provides the technical platform that enables us to operate the website and process online transactions.
Products purchased through the BELLMONT WATCHES store are sold by SICLOPAY LTD, trading as BELLMONT WATCHES, and not by Shopify.
Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for product quality, fulfilment, delivery, returns, refunds, warranty claims or customer support relating to a BELLMONT WATCHES order.
SECTION 14 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and by service providers involved in:

Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where a different limitation is required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

- Mandatory consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse SICLOPAY LTD for reasonable losses, liabilities or expenses resulting directly from your unlawful use of the website, your infringement of another person’s rights or a serious breach of these Terms.
This section does not apply where the loss was caused by our own negligence, misconduct or breach of law.
SECTION 21 — SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or an account if we reasonably believe that the website has been misused, these Terms have been materially breached or fraudulent or unlawful activity has occurred.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination, including outstanding payment obligations, accepted orders and provisions that are intended to continue after termination.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with the policies referenced on our website, constitute the agreement between you and BELLMONT WATCHES concerning your use of the website and purchases made through it.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

These Terms and any separate agreement through which we provide products or services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
The courts of Limassol, Cyprus, will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, nothing in these Terms prevents you from relying on the mandatory laws or courts available to you in your country of residence.
SECTION 26 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices or legal obligations.
The current version will always be available on this page.
Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes.
Changes will apply from the effective date shown in the updated Terms and will not unfairly alter orders already accepted.
