Products offered during the Final Closing Sale are available in limited quantities, and no restocks or second releases are planned.
Once a watch, model, colour, strap configuration or variation is sold out, it may no longer be available.
Purchases made during the Final Closing Sale remain subject to our published Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Warranty terms and all applicable mandatory consumer rights.
Our customer care obligations continue for orders placed during the Final Closing Sale.
2-YEAR WARRANTY
Selected BELLMONT WATCHES products are covered by a 2-year movement warranty where stated on the applicable product page.
The warranty is intended to cover qualifying manufacturing defects affecting the movement during normal intended use.
The warranty does not generally cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic scratches or marks
- Accidental or impact damage
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect
- Leather, textile, woven, rubber or bracelet wear
- Battery replacement where applicable
- Water damage caused by use beyond the stated water-resistance specification
- Damage caused by unauthorised repair, alteration or opening
- Loss or theft
Nothing in this warranty section limits any mandatory statutory rights or legal guarantees available to consumers.
